Position: Associate Consultant

Role: Responsible for helping determine client companys' position in the marketplace by researching their competitors and analyzing their prices, sales, and marketing methods.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Conduct primary and secondary research; collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.

2. Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customer’s preference

3. Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

4. Perform valid and reliable market research/ SWOT analysis

5. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations

6. Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offering, identify market trends, pricing/ business model, sales and methods of operation

7. Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

8. Be completely knowledgeable about Vertebrand’s proprietary tools in the areas of Research, Strategy & Brand Positioning

9. Take accountability for quality and timeliness of all deliverables on assigned brand/s as per Gantt chart submitted

10. Directly responsible for undertaking regular market visits & reports such as team reports, weekly status report, MOM, etc.

Role: Responsible for improving the company's market position and achieve financial growth. Builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

2. Cold call and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. 

3. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. 

4. Research and build relationships with new clients. 

5. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals. 

6. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings 

7. Planning and preparing presentations 

8. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. 

9. Participate in pricing the solution/service. 

10. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. 

11. Present an image that mirrors that of the client. 

12. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. 

13. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions.

Requirements:

1. 8 -10 years of experience in Business Development dealing in HR products 

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

3. Excellent networking, persuasion and closing skills 

4. Good analytical and interpersonal skills. 

5. SaaS sales experience or enterprise HR products sales experience 

6. Knowledge and experience in domestic market and dealing with CHROs, CXOs, HR Heads, L& D Heads
